The client wanted to considerably alter the ground floor layout of their property and to extend the house to provide additional accommodation to the ground floor and an additional bedroom to the first floor.
The extension will provide them with large open plan living accommodation to the ground floor with extended additions providing large openings to the rear garden, western red cedar clad facades and sedum planted green roofs over.
The more traditionally constructed two storey element provides them with an additional bedroom to the first floor and a guest bedroom on the ground floor.
