Our clients approached us having bought a dilapidated bungalow in Gayton, Wirral with the idea to turn it in to a family home.

We worked closely with them to ascertain their requirements and aspirations for their ideal place to live.

The proposal received some objections during the planning process but due to our close working relationship with the local planners combined with our creative ability to respond to comments and objections with carefully considered alterations, meant the application made it through on its first attempt.

We are now working with the client to fine tune the scheme in preparation for tendering it to builders and then starting on site.
